Dear Kim:
I have been following your blog and am so very happy for you to have Frankie home. We are waiting to bring Tamaelle home, but we were not as far along as you. We we pre-IBESR, state department Catoegory 2. Do you know anyone else in that situation?? I am so curious to know how this will go — like anyone knows!!
I know you must be enjoying every minute of having your family together.
