Not even rain could ruin a wonderful day.  Our friends made it to see us in Pawleys.  We had a wonderful lunch and then dared to take the kids to the beach for a bit between showers.  Talk about an adventure.  At the end the sky opened up and we all were drenched on our walk home.  However if you are a child, what could be more fun than running through massive puddles.  Thank goodness there was not any lightning!  The sand was amazing.  Packed down and smooth from the rain. Not a footprint to be found until ours showed up.  I know everyone is waiting on the fall weather to arrive.  We’ve been blessed that it’s been so warm.  I’m hoping fall takes a bit longer to show up!
