As Dave and I were talking…. we agreed that we hardley ever dealt with sickness until our kids came into the picture.  Now it seems that we don’t get through the week without something happening.  1 – Izzie came down with the stomach bug on Friday night. (Dave out of town of course!) and last night 2 -Emma said her tummy was hurting and then she got it last night.  There is nothing worse for a mom than to have to watch your children go through sickness.  I always feel so helpless.  The good news was that it was very short lived and today everyone is trying to rest so we are ready for a good week ahead of us.  I’m still feeling like I just got out of the boxing ring and am a little dazed about where I am.  Hopefully no more matches are scheduled here anytime soon!
